The expression “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean FOUR SEASONS FOOD SOLUTIONS PTE LTD and all its assigns and successors in title.
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms (including any additional terms and conditions or policies, which are published on the Site and incorporated into these terms) at any time. You are strongly advised to review the terms regularly. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms by your continued use of the Site following the date on which the amended terms are posted.

HOW TO ORDER
TRANSACTION, CURRENCY AND PRICING
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prevailing 7% GST is applicable on total amount payable.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES WITHIN SINGAPORE
Singapore delivery is available to all areas except for Jurong Island and Sentosa. We require one (1) working day to process your order and it will be delivered or picked up on your selected/preferred day/time slot. Delivery charge will be at $XX for a single trip and a minimum order of $XX is required for delivery. Please contact us at XX if you did not receive any order confirmation or delivery.
We do not deliver out of Singapore.
SELF COLLECTION / PICK-UP
We accept self collection or pick-up at our registered address at 39 Mactaggart Road Singapore 368084. Refer here for self collection or pick-up timing: XX
We accept payment only via PayNow. You can apply to make payments to us, of an amount specified by us, from your designated bank account to us via a unique QR code or insert our UEN number shared with you by us for the purposes of receiving payments. Full payment is required upon confirmation.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via email at XX within 7 days of product delivered or collected from us. Please input your name, date of purchase, the order number, items purchased, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Please return them in their original packaging at our registered address at 39 Mactaggart Road Singapore 368084. If the items are faulty or damaged, you can choose to refund. However, please note that refund decisions are subject to discretion and will be handled on a case by case basis.
